ADHD & Autism Coaching with Lived Experience
Empowering Neurodiverse Individuals & Families Across New Zealand & Australia
As someone who has walked the path of neurodiversity, I don’t just offer strategies—I offer understanding.
I know firsthand what it’s like to navigate life with an ADHD brain and the challenges of being late-diagnosed.
My mission is simple: to help you embrace your authentic self, overcome obstacles, and thrive in your unique way.
Kirsty's coaching sessions were the most encouraging and eye opening sessions I've ever experienced. I learnt so much about myself and learnt great tools and coping techniques that are going to last me a lifetime. I'd highly recommend choosing her as a coach for her immense knowledge and wisdom, her ability to create a safe and understanding environment for her clients, and her beautiful spirit and dedication to her work. I felt seen, heard, and fully understood for the first time, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
“After being diagnosed with ADHD and Fibromyalgia in the same year I felt really lost and wasn’t sure what my life would look like or what I’d be able to do moving forward. That is until I found Kirsty and started coaching sessions with her.
Since starting with Kirsty my confidence has grown so much and I’ve even gone back to studying which I never thought I’d do! She’s taught me how to make accommodation's for myself in order to thrive, given me the tools to help navigate tricky situations and is so personable that you instantly feel at ease with her. I cannot sing her praises enough! “
Thank you doesn't seem enough! You've taught me so many lessons and you've inspired me to push myself and reach for that dream. I wouldn't be starting study this year if it hadn't been for you and your positive words of encouragement. In fact, I honestly don't know if I'd be doing it at all. You've helped me to find my voice, set boundaries, and you've given me some amazing tools and advice that I can take away. You've shown me how to use my ADHD diagnosis as a positive and treat it like my super power. I'm excited to see what the future holds thanks to you.

Meet Your Coach:
Hi, I’m [Your Name], an ADHD & Autism coach with lived experience and a deep passion for helping others. Based in Nelson, New Zealand, I offer in-person coaching across the South Island and online coaching for clients throughout New Zealand and Australia.
Being late-diagnosed myself, I understand what it’s like to grow up feeling different, to navigate life without a roadmap, and to face the additional complexities of chronic illness and menopause. This perspective helps me connect with my clients on a deeper level—whether they’re women discovering their neurodiversity later in life, parents raising neurodiverse kids, or teens figuring out who they are in a world that doesn’t always understand them.
I believe that every neurodiverse person has strengths waiting to be celebrated, and through coaching, I help clients uncover those strengths and use them to build a fulfilling, authentic life.
No formal diagnosis is required—just a willingness to explore, grow, and discover what’s possible.
